This project involved fire protection upgrades at all three properties and exterior facade and window replacements at the Bog House. The challenge at the Penniman House was to install a sprinkler and fire alarm system without disturbing the historic fabric of the house. The Bog House and Old Harbor presented a challenge due to the remote locations of these properties and the lack of available power and water.
