St. Gaudens

This project required all labor, materials and supervision for: Demolition, removal and disposal of existing mechanical and electrical equipment, including existing halon fire suppression system; furnishing, installing, testing and certification of forced-air heating system, new attic exhaust fan and complete new electrical distribution system throughout the building. A critical component of this work was mitigation of disturbance to the historic building fabric and museum collections on the property.
