Full time staff performs general building maintenance and management of the building’s mechanical systems. We are also providing general carpentry and tenant fit out services as needed. Our staff is dedicated to meeting the needs of the occupants of the building so that everyone can enjoy a comfortable work environment. In addition we installed the replacement solar tiles for the existing 30kW system. We then tested and reconnected the electrical conductors and certified the system.
