This project encompasses the construction of a 5,500 square feet Visitor Center at the Eastern Mass NWR Complex in Sudbury, MA. Interior fit-ups included mechanical and electrical systems as well as extensive concrete work. One third of the building was given a stained, environmentally safe RetroPlate floor finish. In addition, four geothermal wells (each reaching 525 feet below the surface) were installed and hooked up to heat pumps to provide a heating and cooling supply to the building. All work was performed in a secure area.
