Newport Navy Yard

In this project Lumus Construction, Inc. provided a new entrance including stair tower with new roof, reconstruct existing interior as gypsum board walls and ceilings, acoustical ceiling tiles, carpet, vinyl composite tile, paint, and vinyl base, rubber flooring and stair treads, vinyl wall covering and paint, including light fixtures and electrical wiring. Handrails, blinds and signage are a few of the accessories that will also be carried throughout. This three story building remained occupied with over 200 people all through the buildings remodeling period. The main building housed a large staff of inspectors who commented that Lumus Construction, Inc. was the first contractor to coordinate their work while addressing safety concerns.
