Removed and replaced all interior mechanical systems and interior finishes. Replaced all windows, installed new rubber roof and clad the exterior of the building with vinyl siding. Added the two story 20X30 addition to the structure for a new shower room and weight room. Replaced all interior and exterior doors and added a handicapped accessable ramp. Reroofed and installed vinyl siding on a separate garage structure in the same complex.
