The Brant Point Lighthouse (built in 1746) renovation consisted of cleaning, lead paint removal, and a complete painting of the tower. The inside of the tower had extensive repointing work done and a hepa vacuum system was used to contain the old grout as it was removed. All work was carefully done so as not to affect the historic quality of the piece. The Coast Guard was pleased with the work performed.
