This project required all materials, labor and supervision to construct an addition to the Ambulatory Clinic. This steel building (17,000 sq.ft) was constructed to add additional exam rooms for spinal and respirator care with a new steel deck, handicapped accessibility, a built up roof system, brick exterior with windows, VCT, carpet. All new electric, HVAC including chillers and a large AHU unit was included, extensive plumbing for new bathrooms.
