McCormick Building

Under this contract, Lumus staff was responsible for conducting regular tours of this facility which had been closed down in preparation for construction turnover activities. In addition to regular tours, staff coordinated emergency system repairs, monitored fire alarm issues and shutdowns, performed tasks necessary for seasonal system turnovers, and ensured that systems were running at proper levels to ensure the integrity of the infrastructure would be maintained. Additional work was performed and billed for through modifications.
