This project required all materials, labor and management to repair 133 perimeter units. All air piping and thermostats were replaced and control and isolation valves were added. This building houses the Federal Court and Federal Judges offices. Installation and renovations were to be done during normal business hours but requirements to keep the noise levels down had to strictly adhered to. This project was completed ahead of schedule and met with the approval of the owners.
