Lumus Construction has the demonstrated experience and depth of management talent to successfully complete a wide range of construction and renovation projects. As a company, our resume includes over 400 completed contracts ranging in size from $40,000 to $6,400,000. We have built our business on repeat business much of which comes from various federal government agencies, including the National Park Service, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, and the General Services Administration.

We are not simply construction managers. While Lumus is extremely capable in the areas of general construction and coordination, we are more than generalists. We are also highly skilled in a variety of specialty trades. From design to engineering, excavation to concrete, roofing to windows, drywall to carpentry, plumbing to HVAC, and fire protection to electrical, we do it all. During peak construction months, Lumus employs over 150 employees. With such a large workforce, with many individuals in each trade, Lumus has the ability to respond to any project circumstance, as required of us.
